"Sadly have to update this review, my rate constantly went up. I reached out to the agency a few times to say I wasn't comfortable with my rate and they offered no solution but to cancel. It was difficult to communicate with the office except when they wanted payment. When I called to officially cancel my plan, they just said ok, done. Didn't try to keep me or offer any better rates or options. Great experience with this team! I was very stressed about moving to Philadelphia from out of state and one of the agents, Tom, helped me get it all sorted out quickly and efficiently!"
