Adam Hutcheon State Farm is seeking a service-oriented and sales-driven Multiline Representative who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer care, and confidently recommending insurance solutions that truly protect families.
This role blends high-level service with proactive sales. You will support existing customers, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to grow coverage through needs-based conversations. If you enjoy helping people and are motivated by achieving goals, this is an opportunity to build both impact and income.
Licensing Requirements
Full licensing is required.
  • If you do not currently hold a Property & Casualty license, it must be obtained prior to Day 1 in the office
  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
Full licensing support is provided to guide you through the process.
What You’ll Do
  • Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide clear, accurate coverage information
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Support policy updates, renewals, and service needs while identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and referrals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to generate new business
  • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and office production goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to pivot into sales conversations
  • Sales-oriented professional motivated by hitting goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or insurance preferred
  • Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
